We offer two flawless shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Beauty Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Our Flawless Returns Policy
We stand behind our luxury cosmetics with a 15-day return policy that’s as flexible as our creamy formulas. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return
Email our Beauty Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

- Product name(s) and shade(s)
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
- Receive Authorization
Within 24 hours (faster than our quick-dry topcoat sets!), you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid shipping label (for defective items only)
- Detailed repackaging instructions
- Ship Your Return
For standard returns:
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all original contents (brushes, samples, etc.)
- Affix the provided return label (or ship to our address below for non-defective returns)
- Ship via tracked service (we recommend DHL, FedEx, or EMS)

Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
- International: Refunds may take 7-10 days to appear on your statement
Exchange Program
Found your perfect shade? Our exchange process is simpler than color-correcting:
- Email your exchange request with preferred new shade
- We’ll ship your new item immediately (no need to wait for return processing)
- Return original product within 15 days
Note: For exchanges to higher-value products, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our strict hygiene standards, these products cannot be returned if opened:
- Mascara (all varieties)
- Lipstick (bullet and liquid formulas)
- Blush (cream and liquid formulations)
- Used makeup pencils (unless defective)
Defective products will be replaced at no cost – simply provide photos of the issue when contacting us.
