Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24 hours (faster than our quick-dry topcoat sets!), you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For standard returns:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days

Exchange Program

  2. We’ll ship your new item immediately (no need to wait for return processing)

Note: For exchanges to higher-value products, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, these products cannot be returned if opened:

  • Mascara (all varieties)
  • Lipstick (bullet and liquid formulas)
  • Blush (cream and liquid formulations)
  • Used makeup pencils (unless defective)

Defective products will be replaced at no cost – simply provide photos of the issue.
